The Killeen Public defender is an organization/activist group established in killeen Texas to help the citizens to defend themselves against illegal government actions.
We are just a small group of individuals who decided to take a closer look at what the law actually said. When we did this, we were amazed to discover that most government actions today are illegal. No, i'm not talking about the war in Iraq, George Busch or the federal reserve. It's actualy far more sinister than that.
We're talking about traffic tickets, drug charges, DUI's, and any other non-violent offense that local government officials use to pound the money out of "law" abiding citizens. The majority of these people have no idea how the courts system works and what it was established for, and unknowingly give up their rights and property.
That is what we are here for, we are here to liberate the people of heavy fines and sanctions. We provide a free service and just educate people about their rights and what they can do to lawfully defend themselves in court. Our main goal is to ultimately change the way governments interact with citizens and put the power back where it belongs.
Having a few people accross the nation defending their rights is fine, but will most likely never work because they are isolated and can be easily dismissed. In contrast, our approach is to inform the most people in a small geographic area where it will be harder to be dismissed by the court system.
When everyone in killeen (or a large enough group) decides to stand up and fight fraudulent government charges, they will have no choice but to change the way they do things. But the first step is for all of us to actually challenge the so called "authorities."
