This is common sense to everyone except those who are true criminals when they victimize citizens for such things as "driving too fast" or "buying a chemical".
Good for us though, the US and the States constitutions agree that if there is no victim, there is no crime.

Whenever any government official is attacking you, but there is no victim in sight, then you know they are after your money.
At this point, you can either stand up for your rights, and possibly keep your money, or you can simply lay down and take it like so many millions of people do every day.
Just know, that you have nothing to lose by simply demanding a logical explanation from your accusers, especially when you know they don't have one.
