KILLEEN TEXAS CAMPAIGN

Our ultimate purpose in the creation of the killeen public defender is to share this information in an attempt  to bring about positive social changes.
When enough people in one municipality decide to stand up for their rights and challenge illegal government actions, the system will have no choice but to change, because legally they have no leg to stand on.

The only reason they've been able to get away with such predations for as long as they have is because the people have been either too ignorant or lazy to challenge the lower courts and just handed over the money.
We've made it too easy for public servants to overstep their duties and steal our money.

This has to change, but change cannot happen with a few individuals taking weak stabs at their local mafias.  It has to be a coordinated effort to consistently expose this predation in one concentrated area.  Once we have been able to fully reform one municipality and change the way government officials deal with private citizens, then can the movement fully take shape, as we have then set an example for other campaigns to improve this crooked legal system, one municipality at a time.

The people of killeen Texas, and everywhere else for that matter, need to stop laying down and taking the time or paying the fine.  We need to make it unprofitable for the local government to violate our rights.

You don't have to be up in arms, picket, protest, or vote for that matter, all that needs to be done is to simply stand up for your rights whenever the government illegally comes after your money or your life and liberty.
Don't just pay that ticket, because that would be supporting criminals.

If you're going to pay that fine or do your time, at least let it be after the whole fraud has been exposed and the judge and prosecutors look stupid because they couldn't answer basic questions about the case they brought against you.

Just ask the right questions and challenge your accusers to explain themselves fully, and you may not have to pay at all.

Each time you do this, you make it easier for your fellow citizens to stand up for their rights, when they get attacked.

This is the way to real change, not writing to your congressman or voting for Obama.

Sincerely,
Prince J. Aka
