PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
This is a PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT to help protect the constitutional rights of United States Citizens
Knowledge is power, and this short letter will turn you into a legal super hero if you can simply open your mind to what we are trying to share with you and realize that the forefathers have left a crack in the door for future generations to access freedom far surpassing anything that’s ever been achieved.
Some of you may find this information hard to believe, as it contradicts what we have been taught to believe since early childhood, but the facts remain, and the truth is obvious to anyone who seeks it.
This information has been hidden in plain sight by public servants in order for them to rob and violate the rights of the same people they’re supposed to protect and serve.
FACT 1: The government of the United States, as stated by the Constitution, was created to protect the individual rights of citizens. This means that the government as designed by the forefathers does not do anything until the individual rights of its citizens are threatened.
FACT 2: The government (Federal, state and municipal) has no jurisdiction (power to act) unless there is loss or damage to property and or an injured party. As with any other judicial proceeding, there must be sufficient evidence of an injured party. Only a human being or human beings can represent injured parties (the state i.e. fictional entity cannot represent an injured party). Traffic tickets are illegal.
FACT 3: When you are in court and the government is prosecuting, you never get a fair trial. The obvious truth hidden in plain sight is that the judges have a conflict of interest because they are paid and employed by the same entity that is prosecuting you. Traffic tickets are illegal.
FACT 4: Standing is essentially the right to press charges or bring a case to court. I cannot press charges for someone smashing my neighbor’s car, and neither does any police officer or judge. Only someone tied to the property at hand has standing to sue the offender for damages. These facts make it impossible to justify traffic tickets.
FACT 5: Any statute, regulation, code or law that contradicts the U.S. constitutions is UNCONSTITUTIONAL and does not apply to the people. Any attempt to enforce such a statute, regulation or code is illegal.
How does this information apply to you?
Any time you find yourself facing criminal or civil charges, but there is no injured party or damaged property, then the state has overstepped its boundaries, because it is no longer protecting any citizen’s rights, but is instead doing the exact opposite.
This Letter goes out to the thousands of people that have suffered under our judicial system for such imaginary crimes as carrying, smoking, and trading leaves and chemicals. Local groups meetings & presentations
Hello,
This post is in regards to the upcoming group meetings which we'll try to host twice a week for now until we can turn it into a full-time operation later. The meetings will usually include a presentation by myself or another member of the organization, along with Q&A session and general meet & greet.
This is a local organization and meeting in person we think will greatly improve the performance and moral. we are trying to establish a local support center and that is a key part of it.
As of now, we are still in the planning stages, but expect to have a meeting ready and organized in the next few weeks

CASE #1a: We have our court date
Hi everyone,
this is just the first in a series of posts centered around tracking our progress in various cases that we are working on so you can see first-hand how this works and so we get practice. Again remember, we don't have a ton of experience with this stuff, but at least we're going to stand up for what we know to be right and the constitution is in plain black and white.
Only thing to worry about is that as usual the theory is great on paper, but in real life, this stuff is a bit muddy, especially with stubborn judges and crooked cops/lawyers who will do everything in their power to railroad you.
Anyways, this case is for a member of the organization and good friend of mine, Mike, who received a ticket in the mail several weeks ago for running a red light. One of those camera tickets that seems to clearly prove his guilt.. or does it? This happened at the intersection of HWY 190 and Fort hood road where McDonald's is located.
The court date is set for august 27th, giving us about 2 weeks to prepare.
Follow and see what happens. in the next blog posts, I will go through what our strategy will be.

Join the movement - help make history
People of Killeen, we now have a chance to do something here that no other generation before us has been able to. we can take back control of a wild and loose government and we don't have to kill anyone to do it. The forefathers foresaw this and that is why the law was written as it is.
They tell us of a necessary but evil government that we have to protect ourselves from, hence the bill of rights. Today we have tricked into thinking that the government is benevolent and will protect us. Wrong!
Right now we can make a significant change in the world simply by making a small change right in our own backyard. All we have to do is simply do what makes sense while saving money at the same time. It's not about winning every illegal case that we challenge, its about the challenge itself and how the cost benefit ratio for robbing citizens that are aware willing to stand up doesnt look so good.
With the knowledge our organization now possesses, challenging the authorities is as simple as filing a motion and asking very simple and straight to the point questions while in the courtroom. No need to march or demonstrate, no riots or revolutions, simply a basic knowledge of the law so that you can better protect your property and your neighbors.
By doing this, you are making it so much easier for the next man and eventually we wont have to challenge them anymore because they are actually following the law.
That is all we are about. Don't just pay that fine or go to jail. come get educated and get free help to stand up for your rights so that our children won't have the same problem.

Easy out #2: Never a Fair trial
This is a fairly quick post because even a fourth grader can understand this. The constitution grants every citizen the right to a fair trial where there cannot be a conflict of interest and the whole matter should be presided over by an independent third party.
Now try this for a fair trial. A private citizen defendant Vs State prosecutor & city cop, presided over by an "independent" state judge. Do you now understand how this system is set up for the authorities and not to protect the citizens?
the person prosecuting and the judge are both state employees who both belong to the BAR association. How can there possibly be a fair trial in these circumstances?

Easy out # 1: Cops don't know the law
There is a very simple technique for exercising your rights in court and defending from almost any illegal case thrown at you. This is something called impeaching the witness, and in most cases we face the only witness is a cop. If you get the witness to be shown incompetent in a court, none of his testimony can be accepted from that point forth and in a real justice system, the case would be dismissed (a little harder than that with real life judges).
One easy way to impeach the cop is to ask him a few very simple but profound questions during your cross-examination.
1. Are you alleging that a crime has been committed Mr. officer?
2. O.k. well, what elements make up a crime?
(according to the supreme court the corpus delicti in any case [corpus= body delicti=of a crime] is made up of 2 things, proof of injury loss or damage i.e. violation of rights and proof of it being caused by the defendent .. see standing cross reference article)
For one, most cops don't know the law and won't even know crimes have elements. Well, you obviously don't qualify to accuse someone of a crime if you don't know what it is. and if he does know, he will perjure himself by answering because most traffic cases don't meet the 2 elements required for a crime.
